Popular picture of the Day! On our second morning of a recent trip up to Redwood National Park, we were graced with some beautiful light beams. Each morning would start out with some of the thickest fog I have seen, but on this morning, the sun broke through and transformed the forest. This was just the beginning of the light show. Popular picture of the Day! This is a slightly different compo of a previous upload which I deleted in an effort to revamp my page. I shot this a few months ago during summer... it is winter in SA now and freezing cold here in the Free State where I live. The weatherman predicted some snow on the surrounding mountains sometime soon which has me quite excited as it presents new photographic opportunities.
